Animated Icons! is a possibly a tweak everyone has been waiting for. The tweak does almost as advertised and makes your Springboard into a bundle of animation. All of your stock app icons as well as some third-party ones are supported by this tweak. Basically, Animated Icons! give you a PerPage video wallpaper that will make it look like your icons are animated. Then, using Winterboard, it turns the supported app icons clear. This way you can place the clear icon masks over the “animated apps” to make it look like they are moving. The tweak works well, all you need to do is enable both pages in PerPageHTML that will be downloaded with the tweak and enable the theme in Winterboard as well. Take a few minutes to move around your icons and get used to it, but still awesome.
