How do I fix my iphone after entering the wrong passcode too many times?

Accidently I activated the passcode on my iphone it has been so long since I used it that I forgot it. Very foolish of me, I started entering random numbers just to see if any of them was the correct one. After the first few attempts it said that my iphone was disable for a certain time, after it was enable again I kept trying until I got a message that it said that my iphone needed to be connected to itunes!! I connected the iphone to itunes but itunes says that the phone has a passcode and I need to enter it on the phone in order to use it on itunes. But the thing is that the phone does not let me enter no passcode it just wants me to connect to itunes!!! What do i do?? Can someone help me please!!!????
